How Flexibles AI boosts your productivity
An assistant that remembers changes how you work. These are the five habits that save the most time, and how to start them today.
Why productivity apps stop working
Most of us have a notes app, a task app, a calendar, a budgeting app and a chat assistant. Each one is good on its own. The cost is the switching: opening the right app, finding the right place, typing it in properly, and then remembering to look again. That cost is why the apps go quiet after the first month. The information is still scattered, and none of the apps know about each other.
Flexibles AI takes a different approach. There is one assistant, Flexi, and it remembers. You tell it things the way you would tell a colleague, and it puts them where they belong: a note, a task, a reminder, an expense. The next day it still knows what you said, and it can act on it.
Habit 1: capture everything by talking
The fastest way to lose an idea is to plan to write it down later. Instead, say it as it happens. A voice note on the way to the car, a WhatsApp message from the queue, or a line typed into the web chat all work the same way: Flexi writes the note, files it, and it is searchable later by asking.
Habit 2: let reminders find you
A reminder that lives inside an app you have to open is a to-do in disguise. Flexi delivers reminders where you already are: on WhatsApp or Telegram, at the time you set, once or on a schedule. Remind me every Friday at nine to chase unpaid invoices is one sentence, and it keeps working every week until you tell it to stop.
Set one up in the interactive tutorial; it takes about three minutes.
Habit 3: log money as it happens
Bookkeeping fails when it becomes a Sunday job. Photograph the receipt and say log this. Flexi reads the amount, the shop and the date, files it under the right category, and answers questions like how much have I spent on groceries this month? from your own records. Budgets are set by talking too: keep groceries under £600 a month, and Flexi tells you when you are close.
Habit 4: ask one question at the start of the week
Because Flexi holds your tasks, reminders, notes and money together, one question covers all of them: What is left for this week? You get the tasks that are due, the reminders that are set, the invoices still open, and anything you asked it to remember. Five minutes on Monday replaces the hour spent reconstructing the week from four apps.
Habit 5: research with sources you can open
For students, and for anyone writing something that has to stand up, the difference between a confident answer and a correct one is a source. Ask for sources and Flexi returns real papers with links and years you can open, rather than a summary with nothing behind it. Save the topic to memory and the next session starts where you left off.
For teams
The same habits scale to a team. Tasks are created and assigned by asking, timers log hours onto the task, and roles decide who sees what. Move the login bug to review and log two hours on it updates the board and notifies the assignee in one line. Managers ask what is Sarah working on? and get the answer without a status meeting.
How to start
- Create an account. The Free plan has no time limit, and there is nothing to set up.
- Link WhatsApp or Telegram in Settings if you want reminders on your phone.
- Say one real thing: a reminder for tomorrow, a note from today, or the receipt in your pocket.
The point is not to use more of the assistant. It is to stop filing, stop switching, and stop repeating yourself. Everything above is on the Free plan; the business features, for when you run a team or more than one company, are described on the platform page.
