FleetPulse is a GPS vehicle tracking platform by Flexibles AI. It comes with a plug-and-play hardware device that you install in any vehicle. It provides real-time location tracking, speed monitoring, driver behavior scoring, geofence alerts, and trip history. It works for personal cars, rental car fleets, and business vehicles.

DevConsole (also called HardcoreDev) is a universal hardware monitoring dashboard for IoT devices. You paste one JSON payload from your device, and it auto-detects all signals and creates a live monitoring dashboard in 60 seconds. It supports MQTT and HTTP ingestion, has 6 panel types, and works with any hardware that sends JSON (ESP32, Arduino, STM32, etc.). Free tier available.

Is Flexibles AI free?

Yes, Flexibles AI has a generous free tier with AI chat, unlimited Memory Graph, notes, tasks, reminders, PDF and image analysis, and web search. Every new signup also gets a 14-day Plus trial automatically — no credit card required. After the trial, users are auto-downgraded to Free (never auto-charged). Plus is $9.99/month for 10x token capacity, voice input, finance tracking, and receipt scanning. Pro is $19.99/month for unlimited usage and business features.

What is the Memory Graph?

The Memory Graph is Flexibles AI's core differentiator — a persistent, visible, editable knowledge graph that your AI builds automatically from conversations. Unlike ChatGPT or Claude where your context is locked in their servers, Flexibles AI's Memory Graph is yours: you can see what the AI knows, add/remove memories, and export everything as Markdown or JSON to feed into any AI. It supports multi-modal input (text, PDF, voice recordings, images, URLs) and uses semantic search to surface relevant context in every conversation.

Does the 14-day trial auto-charge my card?

No. The 14-day Plus trial does not require a credit card to start, and never auto-charges. When your trial ends, your account automatically returns to the Free plan with all your data intact. You only pay if you explicitly choose to subscribe.

Who built Flexibles AI?

Flexibles AI was built by Harshvardhan Mahida, founder and CEO. The company operates under IIkaya Solutions UK Ltd, a technology and product studio based in the United Kingdom.

Flexistore is the app marketplace within Flexibles AI. FleetOps (fleet rental management) and Digital Challan (dispatch notes) are live today. Vault (document locker), FlexiPay (Direct Debit), Task Management, Attendance, POS, Inventory, and Rota Maker are in development. All apps share one AI brain that works across all your business data.

Does Flexibles AI work with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?

Yes. Flexibles is designed as the memory and workflow layer that works WITH every major AI model, not against them. You can import your ChatGPT memory into Flexibles, and export your Flexibles Memory Graph as Markdown, JSON, or llms.txt to feed into Claude, Gemini, or any other AI. Flexibles is model-agnostic by design — we run on OpenAI GPT-4.1 today and can swap models without users losing context.

Does Flexibles AI fabricate citations like ChatGPT and Claude do?

No. Flexibles has a dedicated academic search tool that routes to Semantic Scholar (200M+ papers) and OpenAlex (250M+ works) — real academic databases with real DOIs. When a user asks for citations or sources, Flexi is required by its system prompt to call this tool and return only verified papers. If no results are found, Flexi says so explicitly rather than invent a plausible-sounding reference. This makes Flexibles the AI of choice for students, researchers, and academics who need trustworthy citations for thesis work, literature reviews, and research papers.

Does Flexibles AI have its own foundation model?

No, and we're honest about that. Flexibles is built on OpenAI's GPT-5.4 family — nano for fast routing, mini for standard chat and vision, and the flagship GPT-5.4 for Deep Thinking mode. Voice uses Whisper, semantic memory uses text-embedding-3-small, and web search runs on Tavily. Our innovation is the Memory Graph, the model-agnostic orchestration layer, the 20+ integrated tools, and the Flexistore app marketplace. We believe the moat in AI is memory, workflow, and distribution — not the foundation model itself.

Can Flexi generate real PDF reports?

Yes. Flexi generates real PDFs using pdf-lib — with a cover page, clickable table of contents, sidebar bookmarks, visual callouts (Note/Tip/Warning), code blocks, and accent-bar headings. Just ask Flexi to write a report and it returns a downloadable PDF, not a markdown file pretending to be one.

Can I use Flexi from WhatsApp?

Yes. Link your WhatsApp number (one-time OTP) and message Flexi from anywhere. Log expenses, create tasks, set reminders, save notes — Flexi parses natural language (no rigid commands like /expense), accepts image receipts (auto-extracts amount and date), and voice notes (Whisper transcription). Reminders you set fire back to WhatsApp at the scheduled time.

What is Deep Thinking Mode?

Deep Thinking is a one-click toggle in chat that switches Flexi to OpenAI's flagship reasoning model (GPT-5.4) for complex analysis, hard research questions, deep writing, and multi-step planning. It's tier-gated for sustainable economics: Free users get 3 uses per day, Plus 50 per day, Pro 200 per day. The toggle stays off by default to keep Free experience fast.
