What Flexibles AI is

Flexibles AI is an AI operating system: one assistant that remembers, does the work inside your notes, tasks, finances and businesses, and comes built into the software we make.

The assistant is called Flexi. You talk to it on the web, on WhatsApp or on Telegram, in any of more than 50 languages. It keeps what matters from every conversation, so you never repeat yourself, and it does the work rather than only answering: it writes notes, creates and moves tasks, logs money, sets reminders, reads files and links, finds real sources, and produces reports and charts inside the chat.

Where the usual tools fall short

• Switching. Notes in one app, tasks in another, money in a third. The information is scattered and none of the apps know about each other.
• Forgetting. Most assistants start every conversation from nothing. You explain your situation again, and again.
• Answering instead of doing. A good answer still leaves you to create the task, log the cost and set the reminder yourself.
• Nothing knows your business. The assistant cannot see who owes you, what sold last night, or which scooters are free this weekend.

What Flexi does differently

It remembers

Flexi keeps what matters as a memory you can open, edit and export. The right pieces are brought into each message, so it stays sharp however much it knows. Bring your ChatGPT memory in if you have one; take your Flexibles memory with you at any time as Markdown or JSON.

It does the work

One request can create the task, log the cost and set the reminder. Every action comes back as a card you can check, so nothing happens out of sight. Reminders reach you on WhatsApp or Telegram at the time you set, once or on a schedule.

It is where you are

The web app is the full workspace. WhatsApp and Telegram are for the moments in between: a task from the queue, a receipt from the shop, a voice note from the car. It is one assistant with one memory across all of them.

It knows your business

Create a workspace for each business you run and invite your team with roles. Team tasks and invoices come with every workspace, and you can add apps for fleet rental and dispatch notes. Ask in business mode and the answer is for that business only, from its own records.

It comes built into the software we make

Tradeinit, our QR ordering system for restaurants, ships with Flexi inside, so owners ask how the night went and get the answer from their own live data. Companies that need their own systems connected or built can work with our team; there is no self-serve marketplace, because connecting a system properly is a project, not a switch.

Who it is for

• Students and researchers: summaries of PDFs and links in your language, sources with links you can open, a memory of your topic that carries across sessions.
• Freelancers and professionals: income, expenses, invoices, budgets and net worth, logged by talking; reminders that chase what needs chasing.
• Owners of one business or several: a workspace per business, a team with roles, fleet and dispatch apps, and a chat that knows which business you are in.
• Teams: tasks assigned and moved by asking, hours logged on the task, roles that decide who sees what.

Where it is going
